These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Samplevia website and your registration for and participation in the Samplevia Research Panel.
By registering for the Samplevia Research Panel, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information and to keep your profile reasonably up to date.
Each research study has its own eligibility requirements.
Registering with Samplevia does not guarantee that you will qualify for, receive an invitation to, or participate in any particular study or receive a specific number of research opportunities.
Research invitations are issued based on study requirements and the information available in your participant profile.
You may choose whether to accept an invitation. Receiving an invitation does not guarantee selection or participation in a study.
Participants are expected to provide truthful and accurate information when registering, updating their profiles, answering screening questions, and participating in research activities.
Providing false, misleading, or intentionally inconsistent information may result in disqualification from a research opportunity or removal from the Samplevia Research Panel.
Participants agree to follow the instructions and requirements provided for each research study.
Additional terms, eligibility requirements, confidentiality obligations, or participation conditions may apply to individual studies. These will be communicated where applicable.
Incentives are not guaranteed for every research study. Depending on the study, participants may be offered an incentive for participating.
Any applicable incentive amount, eligibility requirements, completion conditions, and payment method will be communicated in the study invitation or accompanying study instructions.
Incentive eligibility may depend on meeting the specified study requirements, including any applicable screening, completion, or quality standards.
Certain research studies may involve confidential information, including research questions, concepts, products, materials, or other non-public information.
Where participants are informed that information or materials are confidential, they agree not to disclose, distribute, reproduce, or share them except as expressly authorized.
Additional confidentiality requirements may apply to individual studies.
Participation in the Samplevia Research Panel and individual research studies is voluntary.
You may decline a research invitation. If you begin a study, you may discontinue participation, subject to any applicable study-specific requirements and the instructions provided for that study.
Samplevia may suspend or remove a participant from a research opportunity or the Research Panel where there is reasonable evidence of activity that compromises participant eligibility, research integrity, or the proper operation of the panel, including:
Fraudulent activity or deliberate misrepresentation
Duplicate or otherwise improper accounts
Repeated failure to follow study instructions
Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct
Other conduct that compromises research integrity or violates these Terms & Conditions
Where appropriate, action may be taken in accordance with applicable requirements and the circumstances of the situation.
You agree not to misuse the Samplevia website, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, interfere with its functionality, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Samplevia may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date, where applicable.
Your continued use of the website or participation in the Research Panel following an update is subject to applicable law and any consent requirements that may apply.
